Refund policy

Because our products are food items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product(s), packaging, and shipping box (including the shipping label)

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement or store credit (at our discretion). We do not refund for issues that weren’t reported within the 48-hour window.

Delivery Issues & Address Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders marked delivered by the carrier, stolen packages, or delays caused by the carrier or weather.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address, you may need to pay reshipping to send it again.

Heat & Melt Disclaimer 

We do our best to package products safely, but we are not responsible for melting or texture changes due to hot weather after delivery. Consider choosing faster shipping options during warm seasons.
