Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume drops or sales, processing may take a bit longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and the shipping method selected.
Delivery Time
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and carrier performance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Incorrect Address / Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

If you need to update your address after ordering, contact us ASAP—changes are not guaranteed once the order is processed.
Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.
Lost / Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find your package:

We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery, but message us and we’ll do our best to help.
Heat Warning (Candy Orders)
Our candy can be sensitive to heat. We package carefully, but we are not responsible for melting or texture changes that may occur during transit or after delivery in hot weather. We recommend choosing faster shipping options during warm seasons.
